There's really not a lot to say about this guarantee, except that it's pretty straightforward.

Customer satisfaction is absolutely key to us. Hence, the purpose of this guarantee is to allow customers who are not happy with TAM to terminate the relationship with a minimum of fuss.

If you are not satisfied with TAM and what it can offer your company - for whatever reason - then we will refund you the money spent on TAM, provided you terminate the service within 45 days of signing up to TAM for the first time.

Please note that the refund will only be for the monthly User subscription

Not included in this refund will be charges related to the mobile phone text messaging service.

If you do decide to terminate TAM, we would like to learn from our mistakes, and will ask you a couple of questions about why you made the decision to terminate, what it was you did not like about TAM and where you felt we failed you. This process should take less than five minutes of your time, after which your refund will be credited back to the PayPal account, credit or debit card that you used to pay for TAM (please allow 10-14 days for the credit to appear on your statement).

Before you terminate the service, we recommend you print off or save as pdf documents all the information on TAM that you may need in the future.
