Keep it simple! Admittedly, this is sometimes difficult bearing in mind all the legislation involved. However, our aim is to always keep things as straightforward as possible, and to make life easier for our customers wherever possible.

As a software provider, we don't just want to be yet another word processor for Risk Assessments, which is something we found many of the other software solutions to be - even some of the more expensive ones. TAM offers a great deal more: better functionality, automated processes, simplified administration, audit trails, training records, and data storage.

We want to make subscribing to TAM an easy decision for customers!

Keeping our fees to a minimum is a key element of this strategy.

Another element of this strategy is that we do not require you to sign any long-term contract with us. We believe that, if you are not happy with what TAM can do for you, then you should be able to terminate the relationship right away.

A further advantage we have with TAM is that it was not designed just by IT or Health and Safety specialists. TAM was ultimately created and designed by business operators to address real business needs. And since our own business started subscribing to TAM in 2006, much progress has been made with the TAM software. This progress was initially thanks to extensive input from staff at all levels of our business, who helped us make TAM more user friendly and effective.

Since then we have continued to welcome ideas and suggestions from customers and users of TAM to ensure that TAM remains at all times a software solution that can address real needs of the organisations it serves.
