Free Trial - Software Module for Health & Safety Consultants

As a Health and Safety Consultant, you can now get TAM's special software module for Consultants on a six months free trial. The same also applies to Fire Safety Consultants and other Consultants who would like to make use of our Consultants' Module to manage their clients.

After the free trial, and assuming you are satisfied that the software works for you and will save you time and money, the monthly subscription fee is only £3 per User per month (a User being any Consultant or administrator that you put onto your Consultants' Module).

Use the Consultants' Module for ALL your clients, not just those using TAM

You can use the Consultants' Module to manage all your clients, including those that don't use our TAM software.

That said, the Consultants' Module will add tremendous value to both you and those clients of yours that do use TAM to manage their Health & Safety, as this will ensure you can considerably improve the overall service you offer these clients.

You can use the Consultants' Module to...

• Manage all your clients, keep track of your retainer contracts, their expiry dates, etc.
• Remind you of annual reviews of the assessments and audits that you have done for clients.
• Maintain a library of templates for all types of Risk Assessments, COSHH, checklists, training, etc.
• Create your own types of audit templates that you can then easily complete at your client's site using a laptop, an iPad or similar handheld device.
• Upload your training courses on your clients' TAM accounts and use the Consultants' Module to monitor which clients' staff need what training and when.
• Keep track - in real time - of your clients' progress.

How the Consultants' Module works

As with TAM , all you need to get started with your Consultants' Module is a computer with internet access and, since both TAM and the Consultants' Modules are web based systems (i.e. you access the software on our secure servers over the internet), there's no need to worry about software updates or backing up data, as we do all that for you.

For those of your clients that use TAM , you'll be able to connect their TAM accounts to your Consultants' Module. Once you have done this, you'll then be able to monitor your clients' activities in real time.

What makes TAM unique is that it's a paperless system where all Health and Safety related information is kept on the system. This enables you to access your clients' data over the internet and see exactly what they are doing, and you can do that from anywhere in the world 24/7.

What if my clients don't have TAM, will the Consultants' Module still work for me?

Absolutely!  If a client of yours is not using TAM , you can still use the Consultants' Module to manage this client on the system.  However, when it comes to your reports, audits, assessments, etc that you have produced on the Consultants' Module, and instead of downloading these to your client's TAM account, you simply print these off from the Consultants' Module as hardcopies (automatically generated with your logo and details on them) and give these to your client.

• The Consultants' Module comes with a series of dashboards that provide you with clear visibility of your clients progress in real time, allowing you to stay involved with them on an ongoing basis.
