This is how you get TAM on a Free Trial and quickly get up and running with it

Quick and easy three-step process

To get started with TAM is a simple three step process that we will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 1 - Signing up for the Free Trial.

Once you click on the button at the bottom of this page called "Order Free Trial", you will be asked to provide us with some basic information about you and your company, which we need to set up your Free Trial. See what details you need to provide us with further below.

We will then build your TAM database and configure it based on the information that you have provided. As soon as this process is completed (normally within one working day), we will email you to let you know that you can start using TAM.

Step 2 - We will quickly populate your staff for you on TAM.

We will email you a spreadsheet called the "EasyPop" which you can simply forward to your Accounts or HR Department and ask them to copy and paste across your staff details into this spreadsheet and return to us. Normally, this will take 15-30 minutes for your people to complete regardless of the size of your organisation.

Step 3 - Quickly complete the initial set-up.

With your staff, their Departments, Positions, etc already populated on TAM using the above mentioned EasyPop, all you need to do is to follow our simple instructions to complete the initial set up. This process normally takes new customers 30-60 minutes to complete.

That's how quick and easy it is to get up and running with TAM. You can now start activating content on TAM.

Getting started on TAM

Again, we will send you simple instructions that will allow you to quickly activate and get going with a number of important features offered on TAM.

Within a couple of hours, your Health and Safety systems will already be much improved. Guaranteed!

Information we will need from you in Step 1

This is the information you need to have to hand, when you click on the button called "Order Free Trial":

• Company name
• Company number (UK customers only)
• Estimated number of employees your company has
• Estimated number of Sites your company has
• Company's website address
• Name, email and mobile phone number of the person within your company who will be the main person responsible for TAM and our contact (the "TAM Responsible Person")
• The address details of the Site from which the TAM Responsible Person works (including name of Site, address of Site, phone number and Site manager)
• The Position the TAM Responsible Person holds in your company
• The name of the Department the TAM Responsible Person works in
• Your proposed short version of your company name that you and your staff will use as the "Client ID" when logging on to TAM
• The username and initial password you want the TAM Responsible Person to have (the password can easily be reset at any time, once you are up and running with TAM)
