Much of this extra work is simply having to chase after people making sure they are doing all the things they are supposed to do and to ensure that you have a proper audit trail of the work being done. Also, imagine the sheer amount of paperwork that will be piling up over the years so that you can prove/demonstrate everything you said would happen has indeed happened. “During late 2012 and early 2013 we were looking to improve on our H&S and training systems.
